Our hotel recognizes that protecting the privacy of our customers and their personal information (hereafter referred to collectively as “personal information”) is the basis of the business and the social responsibility. To communicate customers in case we need to contact costomers.

Except in the following cases, the Group does not provide or disclose customer personal information to third parties

In case that we have the consent of the customer.
In case that we need to disclose or provide the information which cannot recognize each individual such as statistical data.

In case we disclose the information to our business partner with we reach the agreement of sensitive information in order to improve our service to our customers.

We will make sure the inquiry from the customer himself/ herself and disclose the information within the reasonable time and limit, if any customer requests to disclose his/her own information in our hotel possessed data.

We will make sure the inquiry from the customer himself/ herself and make changes, add or erase the information within the reasonable time and limit, if any customer requests to make changes, add or erase his/her own information in our hotel possessed data and we find any fact which is different from the reality.
